How It Came About Nancy was informed that her new Tortoise and Hare sculpture in Copley Square was being used by skateboarders to do tricks. When she went there to confront the kids she found they were just good kids with no place to skateboard legally. She then set out on a crusade to build a world-class skateboard park for them. The rest is (becoming) history.
