Brandeis Benefactor Pin/Pendant

In 1980, I was asked to design a “Benefactor Pin/Pendant for the Brandeis University National Women’s Library Committee. I had little experience in jewelry making, but I was intrigued. My pin was very popular and the library sold a large number.

What a marvelous combination! I did what I love to do, money was raised for the institution, and I was paid for my work. This started me on a new pathway which has lead me to help institutions raise money in a more interesting and creative way. The Pin/Pendant was made of vermeil (Silver with a 14 K overlay) and signed by me.
